Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Also, it will take 5-10 days to process the refund and credit the amount to our customer's bank. You can make a cancellation on the website or by emailing us on woof@thewaggingtails.in.

Returns Policy

At TWT, we want your experience with us to be a pleasant one - which is why we've made our returns policy as simple as possible. And if for some reason things don't go quite to plan, we have a dedicated customer service team to make everything right again!

Please note:  We cannot issue refunds unless you have first spoken to a TWT representative, as we need to issue you with a returns number and address before you send us back any items. Without these, we will be unable to process your return and refund the cost of your item(s).

Returns (if applicable)

At TWT,  All our products are thoroughly inspected by the experts before shipping out to the customer. We can only offer return or refund(s) if the item you have received is in not - working condition. We accept returns within 48 hours from purchase, providing it is unopened and in original condition (including packaging).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges will also not be accepted if; Product is used or altered, Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer, Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged Items purchased on sale price are also not eligible for return/exchange

Refunds (if applicable)

We can only offer refunds when we have arranged pickup and return through our courier service. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damaged Or Faulty Items

If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to woof@thewaggingtails.in include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
